Traditional ready-mix puts the batch plant in charge of your pour. You work around their schedule, absorb their overages, and hope the load arrives on spec. Volucrete inverts that. The truck comes to you. The mix is built for your project. The pour happens when you're ready.

Start with a quote request. Give us your project address, the cubic yards you need, your mix design or project type, and a preferred date. If you're not sure on the mix spec, tell us what you're pouring — foundation, slab, footings, columns — and we'll confirm the right design.

WE CONFIRM YOUR MIX AND SCHEDULE

We review your project and send back a confirmed mix design, arrival window, and pricing. No hidden fuel surcharges. No ambiguous delivery zones. If we need to clarify anything, we call — you'll have a confirmed spec before we ever show up.

WE ARRIVE AND MIX TO SPEC

The Volucrete truck arrives at your site carrying aggregate, cement, water, and admixtures separately. Concrete is mixed on location, in the mixing auger, to your confirmed design — continuously, on demand, as you pour. A batch ticket documents every load — mix design, water ratio, volume. That documentation is yours.

YOU POUR

Pour at your pace. The truck stays on-site. If the job runs long, the material stays unbatched until you need it. When the pour is complete, we're done. Clean exit. Documented job record.

HOW IT WORKS — FAQ

Can I change the mix design mid-pour?

Yes. Because concrete is mixed on-site rather than pre-batched, we can adjust mix designs between loads if the project requires it. Notify us before the truck arrives for any significant changes.

What mix designs does Volucrete produce?

Standard structural mixes, high-strength mixes, fiber-reinforced, and specialty admixture designs. Tell us your project specs and we'll confirm what we can produce before booking.

What happens if I need more concrete than I estimated?

We carry material on the truck to produce additional volume. If your pour runs over estimate, we can often accommodate additional batches on-site. Confirm with us when you request your quote if the volume is uncertain.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For most projects, 48–72 hours. For hillside or restricted-access sites requiring coordination, more lead time helps. Contact us and we'll tell you what's available.
